Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

All appointment reminders are sent via text or email. If you must reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are 50% of the service(s) that are scheduled

• Clients who no show will also be charged 50% of services that are scheduled.
• Appointment cancellations are welcomed through website & via phone.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, I will try my best to accommodate you, however time may not

honor your full service,(short appointment).

If you arrive 10 minutes late, or more, we will have to have your appointment rescheduled, so i can provide you with the best quality of work.

If you know you will be late please give a call or text. Please respect my time and others on the waiting list.

Child Policy

A salon is not an ideal environment for children.

The salon has equipment and chemicals that may be hazardous to children. Certain services require clients to have their eyes closed for up to 3 hours. Due to safety considerations and limited space, please arrange child care before your appointment.
